Alsip Second Grader Eyes Google Doodle Prize

Paulius Gustys, a second grader at Hazelgreen Elementary School in Alsip, is competing to be a national finalist in the “Doodle 4 Google” competition. If his design wins, he’ll get a college scholarship and a load of money for his school. Additionally, he beat out 114,000 individuals nationally to get to where he’s at now. Continue reading here.
